Pam – Carbs, Calories, and Meter Reads Chart

I am now at 164.7 on my way to 150 🙂 Sept 10th I go for my test, and I will report results here. Below are charts on how I accomplished this. Thanks to Doctor Jason Fung who is a Kidney Specialist located in Canada and all his lectures and information   https://intensivedietarymanagement.com/   and the loving faith and encouragement from my hubby Rick, I am doing it and enjoying the challenge.

First and foremost sugar and/or High Carbohydrates MUST BE REMOVED FROM DIET~ These include direct sugar, sweets,as well as pasta, potatoes, and breads.

Later, once weight and Blood Tests are Normal they can occasionally be eaten with balance. Without removing all sugars and starches (which turn into sugar) and Fasting,  this will not work!  It is worth it in the end!!! When I reach 150, I plan on rewarding myself with 2 Hostess Ho-Ho’s (my weakness) and celebrate by eating without fasting for a week or so before I start on losing another 20lbs!

I won’t post any more charts as these are more than enough to see what must be done. These are .pdf files. IF you can’t get them, contact me with your email and I will be happy to send them in .rtf format which can be opened by most word processing programs.

Tonight, around 5pm, after my 72 hour fast,  I will enjoy Shrimp cocktail with 6 shrimp, and a salad with walnuts, shredded cheese, shredded carrots, and some bacon bits; 1 cup of whole milk, and later on as a snack I will have 1 cup of watermelon, 1 cube (1 oz) of cheese, and 1 cup of milk!
